High Holidays
Rosh Hashana is the Jewish New Year. According to the Jewish calendar, it's 5767! I went to temple for the first time. You're supposed to eat apples and honey, but I can't eat honey yet, so I just had apples.
(Yes, I am wearing a tie in this picture. Mom says it's the Annie Hall look. I don't know what that means, but what can I do about it?)
On Yom Kippur, you are not supposed to eat. But babies can. So I had a picnic in our front yard!

I love eating avocado in the open air...

Then, GrAnn and Grandpoppy took me to a museum to look at some art. Art, they explained, is also a religious experience.
